2. Booking & Payments
Booking Confirmation: A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to confirm your booking. The full terms related to payment schedules, amounts, and due dates will be included in the contract provided to you at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation Policies: Our cancellation and refund policies are detailed in your signed contract, which will address the terms specific to your session or event. Please refer to the contract for detailed information about deposit refunds and rescheduling.

4. Travel & Location Fees
Travel Costs: Travel fees, including any for international destinations, will be custom-quoted and discussed with you during the booking process. Full details will be provided in your contract.

5. Delivery of Products
Delivery Timeframe & Format: The estimated delivery time for photos and videos, as well as the number of revisions allowed, will be outlined in your contract.

6. Client Contracts
Each client will receive a customized contract that provides detailed terms and conditions specific to their booking. This contract will cover key areas such as payment schedules, delivery timelines, usage rights, and any additional terms relevant to the services provided.
By signing the contract, you agree to all terms outlined, and the contract supersedes any general information listed in these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Our liability, including in cases of force majeure, will be addressed in your signed contract, which will include specific provisions for unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control.
